Your planner will begin with a dedicated design consultation to explore your vision, preferred aesthetic and colour palette. We will present beautifully curated moodboards and style concepts that bring your ideas to life, helping you visualise how every element of your day will come together.
Once your venue is confirmed, we create a final design board that reflects both your personal style and the character of the location. For couples seeking an elevated level of visual detail, we also offer 3D drawings that showcase floral designs, tablescapes and ceremony styling. Throughout the process, your planner will guide you every step of the way to ensure your wedding looks and feels exactly as you imagined.
Our design and styling service is included as part of our full destination wedding planning. Optional 3D visuals and drawings are available upon request and quoted separately.

Your wedding is the single biggest event you will ever plan and yes, you need to call in the experts, even more so if your planning from another state. Your wedding planner will assist with every detail of your wedding, including but not limited to the following:
Regular face-to-face contact and unlimited telephone support throughout the planning for up to 12 months of planning. Designing a concept for the wedding you desire to show you the look and feel of your wedding. Venue recommendation and / or selection. Securing a talented team of vendors who are the perfect fit for your wedding. Complete management of the wedding budget. Complete management of all vendors. Wedding day timelines and scheduling. Overseeing the wedding day set up and take down. Rehearsal management if required – for multi day celebrations a must. Assistance in securing your marriage schedule and all legal paperwork. Accommodation and travel bookings. Guest experience including concierge services. Pre and post wedding activities if required.
