A note from Coleen
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Coleen. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but planning one in another country from thousands of miles away felt overwhelming at times. From the very beginning, Coleen made us feel supported, understood, and completely taken care of.
She was patient, incredibly resourceful, and always available whenever we needed guidance. She handled challenges behind the scenes, advocated for us when needed, and took so much off our plates that we were able to focus on enjoying the process instead of being consumed by the logistics.
Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so grateful for the countless ways she helped make it happen. As strange as it sounds, one of the saddest parts of the wedding being over is that we won’t have our regular meetings with Coleen anymore. She became such a positive and reassuring part of this journey, and we will genuinely miss working with her. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

"We had the pleasure of working with Coleen for over a year and a half in the lead-up to our wedding. We came to her with a full weekend plan of activities and ambitious designs, and she worked with us to ensure our vision was executed. Coleen was able to connect us with the right vendors to pull off our vision and was always willing to facilitate key discussions. She was always lovely to chat with on our monthly calls, coming prepared with helpful to-do lists. Over the weekend itself, Coleen and her team member Beth handled the heavy logistics of coordinating multiple vendors, deliveries, and events. The full weekend was a huge success and the memories of being with family and friends will last a lifetime!"

Wow! I am very rarely over impressed by any event, but when it involves the most important day in the life of your daughter, and you are living thousands of miles away, you must put your trust in the hands of professionals of reputation. Over the past eighteen months we have planned together a wedding in Scotland; coordinating from Dubai and Vancouver. The logistics were simply ridiculous!
However, from the moment that you and Beth came on board to help this ambition we all felt a calm; an assurance that we were in very safe hands. Your selection of Penicuik as a venue was inspired in many ways. A perfect setting. The ability to accommodate our most important people in one glorious setting.
But the setting is only one aspect. With you and Beth constantly coordinating every single moment for our guests on the day, and our family, was special to us. The menu tasting and wine pairing were left to you both with our absolute confidence. From the moment of our arrival with your personal greetings, we were confident that everything was in hand.

Both you and Beth were quietly present at every turn throughout; from our arrival, at the event, and the following day. As a result, the wedding and celebrations were perfect in every respect. From start to finish.
It was incredibly difficult to try to mutually organise such an occasion and celebration of such scale, whilst never physically meeting. Somehow, you both understood our intentions; always remained in contact, and rather than making this difficult or complicated you both showed us the best path and solved every hurdle with calmness and understanding.
As proud parents, Liz and I wanted this day to be perfect for Aoife and Shane to set their future together. Coleen and Beth, you made this happen for us; and without your support over such a long period of planning, this occasion could not have attained such perfection!

Thank you to you and the whole team! The day ended up being perfect even after breaking the dance floor haha! I wish you could’ve been there to see all your hard work but Alisha was wonderful. It was the perfect combination between well planned and go with the flow it all felt so natural which I think sums up how Sam and I go about things. You really took most of the stress out of planning the whole event and I’m really grateful.

From the minute we started working with Coleen & Beth, our minds were immediately at ease. From start to finish, they maintained fantastic service and constant communication over the course of 18 months- hard to do with an 8 hour time difference.
They were extremely detail oriented and understood exactly what we had in mind for our day (Beth was a mind reader!). There wasn’t a single thing we had to compromise on, especially when it came to what we wanted the venue to consist of. If anything, they found something beyond what we thought was ever possible! Even though we never even saw the venue until a few days before our wedding, they gave us all the confidence we needed that we had made the right choice.

Food and service isn’t something you typically find memorable during a wedding, however the quality and care that went into every detail by the incredible TECC & Penicuik was so far beyond anything we could have imagined (we’ll be dreaming of every meal, forever!).
As a team with Coleen & Beth, they all created an experience that was so seamless and memories that will last a lifetime- not only for us, but for our families and friends.
