WEDDING DESIGN & STYLING
At Coleen McKay, we love nothing more than designing and styling luxury weddings. Your wedding planner will firstly schedule your design consultation to establish your preferred wedding aesthetic and colour palette. If you are undecided this is where your wedding planner will assist, creating multiple moodboards and style concepts to visualise how your wedding may look. Once your wedding venue is secured your wedding planner will create your final design board in line with the aesthetic and colour palette of your wedding venue. We can go one step further with 3D drawings showcasing the floral arrangements, tablescapes and ceremony styling. Your wedding planner will walk you through the design process to ensure your wedding is exactly as you imagined.
Our design and styling service is included as standard in our destination wedding planning service. 3D drawings and visuals are costed separately.

Regular face-to-face contact and unlimited telephone support throughout the planning for up to 12 months of planning. Designing a concept for the wedding you desire to show you the look and feel of your wedding. Venue recommendation and / or selection. Securing a talented team of vendors who are the perfect fit for your wedding. Complete management of the wedding budget. Complete management of all vendors. Wedding day timelines and scheduling. Overseeing the wedding day set up and take down. Rehearsal management if required – for multi day celebrations a must. Assistance in securing your marriage schedule and all legal paperwork. Accommodation and travel bookings. Guest experience including concierge services. Pre and post wedding activities if required.
