“Planning a wedding is stressful. Planning a wedding abroad adds a whole new level of stress. I had already found the venue I wanted but knew I needed to find a wedding planner to help with everything else. I interviewed many wedding planners in Scotland. When I met with Coleen, I knew she was the right one and hired her straight away. Coleen went and met with the event manager at my selected venue right away. I understand now by going through the process why people plan a wedding one year in advance. We had 7 months to bring everything together and I am so glad that I had Coleen by my side to guide me through this process. She recommended vendors and worked with me to create the vision I had. I wanted a Ceilidh band and she recommended a great band. Since all the guests were coming from the US, I wanted to do something different. Everyone loved it. Coleen had a very thorough schedule for the day-of for all the vendors to keep the day moving smoothly. The wedding was beautiful, and everything was seamless. I had several people tell me to expect at least 3 things to go wrong. I didn’t have 1 thing go wrong. Many of our guests told us that the wedding was “magical.” I am very happy with how our wedding turned out; I could not have asked for a more incredible wedding day.”
